Agentic AI in enterprise architecture

A pragmatic view on turning generative AI pilots into secure, governed and measurable enterprise capabilities.

Generative AIArchitectureGovernance

Enterprise AI programs succeed when they move beyond isolated prompts and become designed systems. The architecture must connect business outcomes, reliable data flows, security boundaries and measurable adoption.

The next wave is agentic: AI systems that can reason over context, call tools, produce artifacts and collaborate with people. That requires a stronger operating model than a classic chatbot rollout.

My approach starts from use-case economics, then designs the enabling platform: identity, model routing, retrieval, evaluation, auditability and human-in-the-loop controls. The goal is not novelty. The goal is repeatable business value with controlled risk.
